Geomembrane liners can be used in efficient stormwater management systems that consist of layers of sand, geotextiles, turf and pipes. RPE (reinforced polyethylene) is a highly preferred material for athletic field liners as it is impenetrable. It effectively prevents water from seeping into the ground, enabling rainwater to travel smoothly to a reservoir and treatment area.

These open ponds temporarily hold excess stormwater and release the runoff at a controlled rate to a downstream body of water. Common liner materials include:
• PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
• LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) -
These ponds are usually constructed from an existing natural depression and are designed to retain permanent runoff. Common liner materials can include:
• Bentonite geomembranes
• EDPM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
• HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) -
Geomembrane and geosynthetic liners act as a barrier to prevent contaminants from seeping into the ground and polluting the surrounding area. Our prefabricated frac pit and reserve pit liners can be drop-shipped or custom fabricated and installed on-site by our highly skilled field crews.
APPLICATIONS:
• Drilling pad liners
• Oil field reserve pits
• Remediation frac pits
• Saltwater disposal pits
• Temporary storage pits
• Wastewater lagoonsFEATURES:
• Custom fabricated to any size requirements
• High strength material structure
• Liner firmly anchored to anchor trench
• Variety of materials and thicknesses availableBENEFITS:
• Forms a barrier between the ground and liquid
• Helps to prevent ground water contamination
• Stores frac water and water back flow
• Can be inserted into a pit or pond
• Resists punctures and wind damage allowing prolonged use of pit -
Prefabricated geomembranes rather than traditional clay or concrete systems are being utilized more frequently worldwide for irrigation canal and reservoir liners. A durable plant-safe geomembrane is an optimal liner to be utilized to prevent chemicals and other contaminants from escaping and affecting the health of crops. LDPE (low-density polyethylene) and RPE (reinforced polyethylene) materials work well for canal use.

EnviroCon Systems utilizes T-Lock when installing geosynthetic liners. This HDPE extruded anchoring system provides an embedded attachment to concrete. It can insert into any face of new cast-in-place or pre-cast concrete construction and can fit around various corners and shapes.
Any HDPE liner can weld onto the T-Lock, regardless of thickness. The liner will yield before the T-Lock fails or pulls out of the concrete if experiencing high tensile loads.
